What are @Groups?
@Groups are the small group ministry at 360, and they are the best way to get connected into our community. Our @Groups are structured around:
- Shared passions and interests. A natural synergy is instantly ignited when people come together with a common focus, therefore, each group is set up to draw people together with the foundation of a common passion or interest.
- Incubator for starting Small Circle Relationships. Reaching God’s relational design can only happen in smaller settings. Our @Groups meet every other week to leave space for Small Circle relationships to develop on the off-weeks.
- Deeper, more thorough study and conversation. After Jesus taught in the Big Circle crowds, he broke down the teaching in clearer terms for his Mid Circle of disciples. The weekend messages form the basis for group discussions in our @Groups. This interactive approach allows us to press beyond the ordinary group setting of having one teacher and several listeners. Focusing on the weekend messages allows us to digest one theme that week rather than overloading with an excess of information.
